Every stage under one roof. Nothing sub-contracted.
From raw pulp intake through cutting, ruling, and finishing — the full production chain runs on our floor. Procurement teams can trace every order back to the machine that made it.

Audit-ready at every stage
Stage 1 — Raw Material Intake
Base stock and pulp are received, weighed, and logged against specification before entering the line. Grammage is verified at intake — no material enters production without a passing record.
Stage 2 — Cutting and Ruling
High-speed rotary cutters size sheets to dimensional tolerance. Ruling lines are applied in-line; spacing and ink density are checked against the order specification before the batch advances.
Stage 3 — Finishing and Dispatch
Collating, binding, and packaging happen on the same floor. Each finished batch is counted, labelled by order reference, and staged for dispatch — no handoff to a third-party finisher.
Specification-driven at three control points

Print Registration
Base stock is weighed against order grammage at intake and again post-cutting. Batches outside tolerance are quarantined before advancing down the line.
Sheet dimensions are sampled after every cutting run. Measurements are logged against the order specification; out-of-spec sheets are pulled and re-run before packing.
Custom print runs are checked for registration accuracy and ink density at the start and mid-point of each batch. Documented records are available on request for every order.
Pallet orders. School contracts. Direct from our floor.
Our facility is sized for institutional volumes — tissue by the pallet, notebooks by the carton, A4 reams by the consignment. What you order is produced here; no sub-contractor handles your specification.
